Hunt Enterprises provides Proto type, tooling and Production CNC turning and CNC milling services. As well as sawing, welding, deburring, assembly, metal fabrication and CAD/CAM design assistance.
We work with a variety of materials in many forms. Including steel, aluminum, engineering plastics, stainless steels, high temperature alloys such as titanium and inconel. We specialize in 300 series stainless components. We work with bar stock, castings, forgings, and molded parts as well as modifications to your existing parts.
CNC turning
- 1/8″ to 10″ diameter capacity standard. Up to 15″ diameters with restrictions.
- Part lengths to 50″ with restrictions on diameter.
- Tolerances to .0002″
- Facing, turning, drilling, tapping, ID and OD threading, ID and OD grooving, boring and knurling
Vertical CNC mining
- 3, 4 and 5 axis milling
- 40″x 20″ capacity standard.
- 60″ x 30″ available depending on scope of the job.
- Bore tolerance .0005 / mill tolerance +/- .001
